Job summary

Abbott seeks a remote Field Support Professional able to travel up to 90% to support ADD customers and field personnel with complex instrument integrations and troubleshooting. The role requires a Bachelor's in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology and 2 years in a clinical lab or Abbott Diagnostics environment.

Successful candidates will lead onsite integrations, train customers, and document issues in the CAPA system while collaborating with sales and service teams to ensure customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology or related Health Science fields.
Two (2) years' experience in Clinical Laboratory environment, technical call center, or Abbott Diagnostics products.

Responsibilities

Provide primary support to ADD customers and field personnel for complex instruments, onsite integration, and troubleshooting.
Lead instrument and reagent integrations at customer sites, coordinating with project managers to execute technical plans.
Document complaints and resolutions in the CAPA system and support continuous improvement.
