Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Core Lab instruments and onsite integration and training.
• Troubleshoot instrument and reagent issues onsite or by phone, documenting in the complaint system.
• Interact with customers frequently to influence satisfaction and purchase decisions.
