Job summary

JetSoftPro is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to design and implement scalable test automation for an AI-first product company. You will build UI and API tests with Playwright, author reliable regression suites, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to accelerate delivery.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted testing, data accuracy checks, and accelerating CI/CD validation across modern web applications.

Qualifications

2+ years of QA Automation experience.
Strong experience with Playwright.
Experience testing modern web applications.
Understanding of REST APIs and API testing.
Experience with Git.
Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar).
Understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated UI and API test suites using Playwright.
Create reliable end-to-end regression and smoke test suites.
Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and designers throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release validation.
Analyze failures and identify root causes of issues.
Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, and execution speed.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Review requirements and identify test scenarios early in development.
Validate AI-powered product functionality, including complex UI workflows and data accuracy.
Contribute to test strategy and quality engineering best practices.
