Job summary

JOBSTODAY.WORLD is seeking a Senior Software Tester to join our remote development team. You will test web applications, create automation scripts with Playwright, and identify bugs to improve software quality.

The ideal candidate uses Claude Code for test creation and debugging, works independently from a remote setup, and collaborates with developers to verify fixes and drive QA process improvements.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in software testing and QA.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright automation.
• Strong practical knowledge of Claude Code for testing tasks.
• Experience testing web applications across browsers and devices.
• Understanding of test cases, bug reporting, regression testing, and QA processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and improve automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Perform manual and automated testing for web applications.
• Use Claude Code effectively for test creation, debugging, and workflow optimization.
• Identify, document, and report bugs clearly to developers.
• Execute regression, functional, and end-to-end testing.
• Work closely with developers to verify fixes and improve product quality.
• Maintain accurate testing records and reports.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes.
