CannonDesign is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable automation solutions across Technology operations in the United States. You will build integrations, automate workflows, and implement robust logging and error handling.
The role emphasizes continuous improvement, governance, and production support for automated processes, with remote work options nationwide.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- 6+ years IT experience with at least 2–3 years automations, scripting, integrations, or workflows.
Responsabilidades
- Design, develop, test, implement, and deploy automation solutions and API-based integrations between enterprise systems.
- Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions using Microsoft Graph, cloud technologies, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Automation.
- Automate repetitive administrative processes with reusable scripts and standards to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production automations and scheduled tasks to ensure critical processes run as expected.
- Document automation ownership, dependencies, credentials, and change updates; maintain version control and governance.
