Job summary

The successful candidate will mentor junior staff, oversee design and commissioning, manage project scope and resources, and help grow our automation capabilities. A PE license and 15+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (AC Engineers preferred).
• California PE license is required.
• 15+ years of control systems engineering experience.
• 8+ years in project management.
• 5+ years in consulting and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, integration, and implementation of control systems.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget with QA/QC oversight.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide resource planning.
