Convergint is seeking a full-time Automation Banking Service Specialist to respond to service calls and diagnose issues for banking customers in a remote-based role. You will install and service drive-up systems, locksmith devices, and related electronic equipment, while delivering high-quality field service across locations.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and mentoring less experienced staff.

• Automation Banking Service Specialist is expected to be skilled in locksmiths, drive up and electronic areas and to install, repair, and service remote drive up systems.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls, installs, repairs, and services drive-up, locksmith, and electronic projects.
• Installs, tests, repairs, and services a variety of non-routine systems for drive-up banking equipment.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, and replaces components of remote, audio and video equipment.
