Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a dynamic Autotech Technical Trainer to support our training team and deliver crucial programs to AutoCare and Major Account shop employees. In this role, you will enhance the automotive diagnostic skills through well-designed training sessions while collaborating closely with internal teams and external clients.

Ideal candidates will have ASE Master Technician Certification, at least five years of experience as an automotive technician, and skills in facilitating adult learning programs.

Qualifications

• ASE Master Technician Certification required.
• 5+ years of experience as a working automotive technician.
• Prior experience in conducting adult learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop training schedules and deliver effective training.
• Prepare for and facilitate classes utilizing adult learning principles.
• Communicate training needs and feedback effectively.

Skills

ASE Master Technician Certification

Minimum 5 years' experience as automotive technician

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

High character and team orientation

Education
