Job summary

V2X Inc, located in the Pennsylvania/New Jersey region, is seeking an Automotive Aftermarket Instructor to deliver training virtually and in-person and mentor both entry-level and advanced automotive technicians. The role requires deep automotive systems knowledge and strong instructional skills to translate theory into live diagnostic strategies.

The position involves 25–50% overnight travel, collaboration with customers and colleagues, and content development across media types including

Qualifications

Minimum of five years automotive technician experience.
Automotive instructor or public speaking experience.
Experience with aftermarket parts and supplier processes/standards is a plus

Responsibilities

Deliver technical training virtually and in-person in various formats (seminars, coaching, hands-on).
Schedule training within the assigned market area via phone, in-person, and electronic communications.
Demonstrate diagnostic procedures on vehicles and evaluate technicians’ skills.
Develop training content across media (video, web, seminars, hands-on, certification).
Provide technical diagnostic assistance to technicians by phone as needed; travel 25–50% overnight.
