United Automobile Insurance Company seeks a Third-Party PD Subrogation Adjuster to join our remote Southeast region team. You will investigate liability, review subrogation demands, and negotiate settlements with adverse carriers while collaborating with legal, appraisal, and underwriting teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in subrogation, a valid Adjusters license, and strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in subrogation, claims adjusting, or related field in P&C insurance.
• Knowledge of subrogation principles and liability concepts.
• Strong analytical and investigative capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation and written/verbal communication.
• Proficiency with claims software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Investigate liability and analyze subrogation demands across cases.
• Negotiate settlements with adverse adjusters and attorneys.
• Maintain compliance with laws, regs, and company policies.
• Track case progress and provide updates to management.
• Document all subrogation activities and outcomes clearly.
