Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience handling auto subrogation and trucking claims.
• Knowledge of claims standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, disposes and settles complex claims with minimal supervision.
• Assesses coverage, liability and damages and sets reserves appropriately.
• Handle large claim loads with authority up to specified thresholds.
• Communicates action plans clearly to clients and team.
• Ensure processes align with client policies and regulatory requirements.
