Job summary

Sedgwick is hiring a Claims Representative, Auto | Property Damage, to analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims. The role focuses on assessing damage, authorizing payments, and ensuring files are properly documented and coded per policy.

Responsibilities include deadlines management, subrogation opportunities, salvage disposition, and maintaining client relations across insureds, clients, and brokers while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; state adjusting licenses as required.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements.
• Ability to review Property Damage estimates and total loss evaluations.
• Knowledge of total loss processing, salvage forms, and title requirements preferred.
• Strong communication, PC literacy, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims.
• Assess damage, authorize payments, and code files per policy.
• Develop action plans to meet state deadlines and resolve files.
• Identify subrogation opportunities; manage salvage disposition.
• Maintain professional client relations and collaborate with teams.
