Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Representative, Auto | Property Damage, to analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims. The role includes developing action plans to meet deadlines, pursuing subrogation, and maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and familiarity with property damage estimates and salvage. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies.
• Ability to review Property Damage estimates and negotiate claims.
• Knowledge of total loss processing and salvage forms (preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims.
• Develop action plans to meet state deadlines and move files toward resolution.
• Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities; secure and dispose of salvage.
• Communicate claim actions with insured, client, and broker as appropriate.
• Maintain professional client relations; perform coverage, liability, and damage analysis.
• Travel as required and support quality programs.
