Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in auto liability claims (Commercial or Personal Lines).
• Active Adjuster License in TX, CA, AZ or NM.
• Proven experience with BI & PD loss settlements.
• Skilled in litigation, coverage analysis, damage evaluation, and policy interpretation.
• Experience with domestic commercial trucking claims.
• Strong written communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex auto liability claims involving bodily injury and property damage, including domestic trucking incidents.
• Conduct investigations, take recorded statements, and establish liability on assigned claims.
• Prepare detailed reports and loss summaries; negotiate settlements and manage coverage issues.
