State Farm is seeking an Auto Estimator for a remote-field role based in Spokane, WA. You will collect vehicle information, prepare initial and supplemental estimates via photos or in person, and guide insureds through the claims process with Remarkable service.

The role involves flexible shifts, field visits to body shops, and virtual estimates from a home office. Strong auto repair estimating experience and driving privileges are required.

Qualifications

• Auto collision repair, auto damage estimating, and/or auto insurance appraiser experience.
• Excellent customer service, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task across technical platforms.
• Accountability and resourcefulness.
• Valid driver’s license; driving is essential; MVR checks may be required.
• Preferred: Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser License, CCC One and/or Mitchell, I-CAR Platinum Certification.

Responsabilités

• Use automated estimating systems to prepare repair estimates.
• Provide technical support to claim handlers on repair issues.
• Evaluate vehicle damage, repair content, and causation.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls to customers and repair shops.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
