The position is 100% remote, serving insureds/agents nationwide, with no direct reports and opportunity to work with a diverse team of claim professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Insurance license(s) may be required per state regulations.
• Experience in auto physical damage claims processing preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers consistent service quality throughout the claim life cycle, including prompt contact and setting expectations.
• Estimates and documents physical claim value using company resources and software.
• Negotiates settlements with customers and repair facilities to reach appropriate value and payments.
• Establishes claim reserves and coordinates with other claim staff for recovery and subrogation where applicable.
• Communicates claim status and next steps to insureds/agents throughout the process.
