The role involves collaboration with claim teams, potential catastrophe deployment, and may require driving to perform vehicle inspections. A high school diploma and licensing readiness are required.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED is required.
• One year experience estimating auto damage is required or completion of Appraiser trainee program.
• Valid driver’s license may be required to perform field inspections.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, estimate, negotiate, and evaluate auto physical damage claims.
• Prepare and document vehicle damage appraisals and values.
• Negotiate settlements with customers and repair facilities.
• Conduct external and internal communications to ensure timely claim resolution.
• Assist in total loss determinations and settlements as applicable.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
