Job summary

Strala, an AI-native TPA for P&C claims, is seeking a claims adjuster to join the team. You will investigate auto bodily injury claims, evaluate damages and exposure, and negotiate settlements to drive timely resolutions.

You will report to the VP of Claims and work remotely in a fast-growing environment, helping shape a platform that reduces manual work while delivering fair outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience handling auto BI claims (first-party and third-party).
• Active Adjuster License required.
• Familiar with demand evaluation, attorney negotiation and reserve setting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Proactive, not reactive—you anticipate problems and bring solutions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate auto bodily injury claims and evaluate damages and exposure.
• Negotiate settlements to drive fair, timely resolutions.
