Strala, an AI-native Third-Party Administrator for P&C claims, is seeking an experienced auto bodily injury adjuster to join our Claims team. This remote, high-growth role investigates claims, evaluates damages, and negotiates settlements for clients.

You will report to the VP of Claims and collaborate with a small, proactive team to drive fair, timely resolutions. An active Adjuster License and 4+ years BI claims experience are required, with comfort adapting to a rapidly evolving platform.

Role Description

As a member of Strala's Claims team, you'll report to and work alongside the VP of Claims to deliver world-class service to our clients. You'll work remotely in a fast-paced, high-growth environment to investigate auto bodily injury claims, evaluate damages and exposure, negotiate settlements, and drive fair, timely resolutions.

Strala's mission is to eliminate non-value-added, repetitive work so adjusters can focus on what matters most - applying their professional judgment to deliver the best possible claims experience. You'll have the support of a collaborative team and ongoing coaching as we scale our capabilities.
