Qualifications

• Five+ years as a Manager or Supervisor of Audit and Education
• Strong understanding of ICD/CPT/HCPCS coding guidelines
• Experience delivering education to internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Oversee Audit and Education clients and projects
• Lead and manage Audit and Education Supervisors, leads, and educators
• Ensure high-quality, timely deliverables and staff productivity
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Provide coding training and QA audits for staff
