Job summary

Optum Insight is seeking a Manager to lead day-to-day Provider Audit & Education operations for assigned clients. You will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to support audit and education programs, monitor performance, and drive improvements in quality and efficiency.

The role requires regular travel to client sites (approximately 25-35%) and offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, coding, provider audit, compliance, or operations.
1+ years of supervisory or management experience.
Strong knowledge of coding, documentation, reimbursement, and provider operations.

Responsibilities

Lead daily Provider Audit & Education operations to meet performance, quality, and service goals.
Coach and develop teams; partner across functions to drive operational excellence and engagement.
Serve as the primary client contact and address operational needs and opportunities.
Lead client discussions on performance, audit results, and education strategies; resolve issues.
Oversee audit and education programs for quality, consistency, and client alignment.
Drive provider education initiatives to improve coding accuracy and documentation.
