Job summary

GN Group is seeking an audiology support specialist to provide expert fitting guidance, product information, and troubleshooting across GN products. You will collaborate with teams across Sales, Training, and Software to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires Masters/Doctoral in Audiology, state licensure, and 2+ years of clinical experience with GN products. Work is conducted from a home office or open environment, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology
• State licensure or CCC-A
• 2+ years of clinical Audiology and hearing instrument dispensing

Responsibilities

• Provide audiological support and fitting assistance
• Troubleshoot hardware/software across GN product lines
• Train internal and external customers
• Document customer interactions in company systems
• Coordinate with Sales/Service/Product teams on issues
• Travel up to 10% as needed
