Job summary

GN is seeking a Field Training Audiologist in the United States to deliver product and software training, provide audiology support, and assist in driving product adoption. The role involves extensive travel and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.

You will train colleagues and customers, develop new materials, and participate in events and open houses.

Qualifications

• AuD or PhD in Audiology; Master’s in Audiology considered.
• Current state license in Audiology.
• Clinical experience fitting patients with amplification in various audiological environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer training using Adult Learning Principles.
• Support US sales teams and coordinate with territory teams.
• Create training needs assessments and training plans with measurable outcomes.
• Travel extensively, supporting training in clinics and at events.
• Develop and update training content and materials.
