Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with a state bar.
• Strong contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) and workflow tracking systems such as Ironclad, Conga, Veeva Vault, or similar platforms and electronic signature platforms like DocuSign.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the Technical Operations and Supply Chain teams on contract escalations, including drafting, review, negotiation, and analysis of manufacturing and supply agreements and related vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across product lifecycle to ensure compliance with regulatory, GMP, and quality requirements and track contract milestones and renewal deadlines.
• Support the IP group and cross-functional teams on licensing, collaboration, and strategic contracting matters.
