Frink-Hamlett Legal Solutions is seeking a Commercial Contracts Attorney-Pharma for a remote, part-time role in the United States. The attorney will draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, partnering with internal teams to guide risk and compliance in a highly regulated pharma environment.

Requirements include a U.S. JD, active bar membership, 5–8 years of commercial contracting experience, and strong drafting and negotiation skills.

• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 5–8 years of legal experience, including significant commercial contracting experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and issue-spotting skills.
• Ability to independently manage a high volume of complex agreements and competing priorities.
• Strong business judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated environments, healthcare compliance, privacy and data protection, technology matters, and pharmaceutical industry contracting practices is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, consulting and professional services agreements, vendor and supplier contracts, SaaS/software agreements, data-related agreements, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, and procurement contracts
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract interpretation, risk allocation, and compliance requirements
• Identify legal, regulatory, operational, and commercial risks
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, IT, Facilities, Compliance, and other business teams
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice in a highly regulated environment

The Opportunity

• A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Commercial
• Contracts Attorney to support its legal team. This is a fully remote, part‑time position requiring approximately 20hours per week. The hourly rate is $100–$115 per hour, plus benefits.

Primary Duties

• Contracts Attorney will focus on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a variety of commercial and operational agreements while partnering with internal business teams to provide practical legal guidance and manage risk.

Additional duties include the following:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, consulting and professional services agreements, vendor and supplier contracts, SaaS/software agreements, data-related agreements, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, and procurement contracts
