Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Legal Contract Manager to review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial contracts in a fully remote US role. You will partner with Legal, Finance, and Operations to align business objectives with legal and operational needs.

You will independently manage MSAs, sponsor templates, CDAs, and amendments while driving contract execution, risk assessment, and process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts.
• Experience supporting sponsor-facing contracts in CRO, clinical research, biotech, or life sciences.
• Ability to independently manage MSAs, templates, CDAs, amendments and notices.
• Strong understanding of contracting principles, risk assessment, and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and manage Master Services Agreements and sponsor templates.
• Draft and negotiate CDAs, notices, and ad hoc commercial contracts.
• Identify risks and propose practical solutions; escalate high-risk matters.
• Lead sponsor negotiations and drive contract resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain contract documentation and status across systems.
