Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking an experienced in-house attorney to provide legal support for technical operations and supply chain teams. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and analyzing manufacturing and supply agreements, quality agreements, and related vendor contracts from commercial and IP perspectives.

You will collaborate with operations, procurement, QA, and IP teams to ensure GMP compliance and manage contract milestones through development to commercial supply.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active state bar in good standing.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant legal experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences contracting.
• Subject-matter expertise in technical operations and supply chain agreements, including manufacturing, distribution, and procurement.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements, quality agreements, CMO management, and strategic deal concepts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and analyze manufacturing and supply agreements and related vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, IP, and business stakeholders to support contracting across the product lifecycle.
• Monitor contract milestones, renewal deadlines, and amendment requirements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Advise cross-functional teams on legal concepts and risk in commercial and IP contexts.
