KCG Companies, LLC is seeking an Associate Vice President of Asset Management (LIHTC) for a fully remote role with Indianapolis-based oversight. You will lead operational and financial performance analysis, coordinate with third-party managers, and drive value across stabilized assets.

Ideal candidates bring LIHTC experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to travel for investor visits while reporting to the SVP of Asset Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 6 years of relevant work experience, LIHTC experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability and willingness to travel to sites.
• Work based out of the Indianapolis office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee, monitor, analyze, and report on performance for Stabilized portfolio.
• Evaluate property management performance as required.
• Conduct site visits and track outsourced management.
• Provide direction to third-party managers on budgets and forecasts.
• Maximize total return through analysis of efficiencies.
• Monitor LIHTC compliance and other risk factors quarterly.
• Review financing documents and determine terms and constraints.
• Monitor reserve balances and oversee release requests.
• Develop and distribute periodic investor reports.
• Complete ad-hoc assignments for Asset Management.
• Oversee offline units to ensure no credit risk.
