Job summary

KCG Companies, Inc. is seeking an Acquisition Development Analyst to support acquisitions and development of affordable multifamily housing, including LIHTC transactions.

You will assist with evaluation, underwriting, due diligence, and execution across the lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams, financing partners, and public agencies. The role involves financial analysis, budgeting, agency reporting, and preparation of investment materials to drive successful transactions and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; real estate, finance, business or related field preferred.
• At least two years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, affordable housing, or finance.
• Experience with LIHTC transactions and market research is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate LIHTC acquisition and development activities, including due diligence and HUD submissions.
• Prepare and analyze financial models, budgets, and feasibility studies.
• Support financing applications and tax credit submissions with partners and agencies.
• Assist with transaction documentation and negotiations under senior supervision.
