The Vice President of LIHTC Project Management will lead and oversee Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) real estate project management efforts, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects. This role is based in New York and focuses on managing complex property-related initiatives within the financial services industry.

Description

• Drive all underwriting and closing efforts.
• Lead and manage LIHTC real estate project management activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and completion in alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance and solutions to address project challenges and risks.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and other partners in the LIHTC space.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and standards in all project management activities.
• Prepare and present reports on project performance to senior leadership.
