Qualifications

• 1--3 years of professional experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or enterprise integration in B2B SaaS or restaurant technology.
• Must-have background in restaurant technology (hardware and/or software), hospitality SaaS, or comparable enterprise technical environment.
• Strong API and integration skills; proficiency in Postman (Collections, Environments, test scripts, Monitors, documentation).
• Cloud fundamentals (AWS/GCP/Azure); CI/CD and observability awareness.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication — able to explain complex technical concepts to executives and engineers alike.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent ticketing and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner for assigned accounts across the full PAR product portfolio; build trusted relationships with customer architects, IT teams, and operations stakeholders.
• Co-create account plans with CSMs; lead the technical narrative in QBRs including integration of health, stability posture, known risks, and forward-looking technical roadmap.
• Maintain clear, current technical documentation for each account: integration map, active workstreams, open tickets, and escalation status.
