Responsibilities

• Support custom digital projects from intake through production and delivery, coordinating requirements, schedules, production details, internal handoffs, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate production activities for digital mash-ups that combine McGraw Hill content into custom ebook or courseware solutions and escalate where needed.
• Set up and maintain projects in designated systems, ensuring accurate scope, timelines, and delivery information.
• Communicate project status, timelines, dependencies, and next steps to internal stakeholders while limiting customer interaction.
• Learn McGraw Hill custom digital workflows, platform capabilities, and accessibility considerations, applying approved processes.
• Support Solutions team members to ensure on-time delivery and clear visibility into status.
