Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years in customer success or software implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of McGraw Hill Higher Education's digital products (Connect, SIMnet, ALEKS).
• Use Salesforce and Gainsight to manage sales pipelines, track stages, and analyze data.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to assess needs and support retention and growth.
• Oversee implementation processes for new and returning customers to improve outcomes.
• Conduct one-on-one and group meetings to provide tailored training and guidance.
• Resolve customer issues through troubleshooting and collaboration with internal teams.
• Participate in team meetings and share customer feedback to improve products.
