Job summary

Ascension Publishing Group in Exton, PA is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Manager to support daily operations including order processing, inventory control, supplier coordination, and logistics to ensure efficient, cost-effective product flow from sourcing to delivery. You will analyze data, forecast needs, collaborate with Product Teams, and work with warehouse partners.

Strong Excel/ERP skills, detail orientation, and proactive problem-solving are essential; occasional travel to Exton is

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent data analysis/math/accounting skills.
• Collaborative working style and team-player attitude.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Analysis and Management: Monitor, analyze, control, and maintain inventory levels; drive cost reductions and report KPIs.
• Procurement & Supplier Relationship Management: Research and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, ensure quality materials.
• Demand Planning and Forecasting: Interpret datasets to forecast demands and advise product teams.
• Communication Management: Share inventory updates and risks with relevant departments weekly.
• Warehouse and Fulfillment: Coordinate with warehouse partners and monitor transactions and discrepancies.
