Job summary

Ascension Press is seeking an Amazon Inventory Planner to manage inventory across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, forecast demand, and coordinate replenishment plans. You will monitor KPIs, optimize stock levels, and support product launches in partnership with the operations team.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, attention to detail, and the ability to work remotely while coordinating with warehouses and partners. Occasional travel to Exton, PA is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inventory management or Amazon marketplace environments.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
• Experience with inventory forecasting and replenishment planning.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to review large datasets and reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment partners.
• Experience with FBA inventory management and Vendor Central forecasting.
• Knowledge of Amazon inventory performance metrics and policies.
• Experience with ERP/forecasting software.
• Familiarity with eCommerce operations, retail distribution, or publishing inventory management.
• Occasional travel to Exton, PA.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory operations across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts to maintain optimal stock and prevent stockouts.
• Create and manage replenishment plans using sales forecasts and lead times.
• Track inventory movement across warehouses and coordinate transfers and restock shipments to fulfillment centers.
• Monitor inventory health and restock requirements using KPIs such as IPI and sell-through.
• Collaborate with Business Operations Specialist and Inventory team on forecasting and product launches.
