Job summary

Ascension Press is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Manager to oversee daily inventory operations, coordinate procurement, and forecast demand across product lines. The role collaborates with Product Teams and Customer Support to ensure accurate stock levels and timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities include supplier coordination, warehouse liaison, and ongoing KPI reporting. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in inventory roles, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, collaborative

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management or related fields.
• Strong computer skills; familiarity with systems such as ERP, E-Commerce, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs, specifically Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent data analysis/math/accounting skills.
• Exceptional collaboration, organization, and time-management skills.
• Exceptional proactive problem-solving, analysis, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Collaborative working style and team-player attitude.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels; implement cost reductions and KPI reporting.
• Research and select suppliers; negotiate contracts; ensure quality materials.
• Forecast demand by analyzing historical sales data for print quantities.
• Communicate inventory impact to Customer Support and Product Teams via weekly reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment partners and reconcile PO/ASN discrepancies.
