Contemporary Staffing Solutions in West Chester, PA is seeking an Account and Inventory Manager to join our client. This onsite role focuses on ensuring inventory availability, accuracy, and efficient distribution across the network.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a $65,000 base salary plus annual bonus, a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and opportunities to collaborate

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in Business or Logistics or related discipline; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 4+ years experience in inventory control, logistics, customer service, supply chain operations, or related field.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and experience using ERP platforms to manage inventory and data.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with cross-team collaboration.
• Prior experience in medical device/healthcare or related industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory availability and distribution activities to ensure products reach destinations efficiently.
• Coordinate inventory transfers, replenishment, returns, and excess stock with ERP records.
• Partner with distributors, sales leadership, and internal stakeholders to address inventory concerns and risks.
• Support regulatory and quality processes, recalls, documentation requirements, and compliance standards.
• Manage transactional workflows, training verification, and on-call weekend coverage.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or related discipline

4+ years inventory control/logistics/supply chain

Advanced Excel

ERP proficiency

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration

Healthcare/medical device industry experience (preferred)
