Visa Hunt is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Manager to support daily operations, including inventory management, order processing, supplier coordination, and logistics to ensure efficient, cost-effective product flow from sourcing to delivery.

The role calls for data analysis, demand forecasting, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with Product Teams and Customer Support to optimize stock levels and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory management or related fields
• Familiarity with ERP, E-Commerce systems and office software
• Strong attention to detail and data-driven mindset
• Collaborative, organized, and proactive communicator
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting KPIs weekly/monthly.
• Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships and vendor performance.
• Forecast demand and coordinate with Product Teams for print quantities.
• Communicate inventory impacts to teams and share weekly updates.
• Coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment partners and resolve discrepancies.
