Job summary

micro1 is seeking an Associate Recruiter to source and secure exceptional talent for our San Francisco–based team. The role is remote, with SF-based participation at local career fairs and events every 1-2 weeks.

You will own the recruitment pipeline, partner with hiring managers, and leverage headhunting to build a strong candidate network in the tech startup space.

This role requires 2–3 years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of headhunting and recruitment experience in tech/startups.
• Strong candidate sourcing and end-to-end pipeline management.
• Excellent remote-work organization and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage top-tier candidates through headhunting and networks.
• Manage full recruitment pipeline from outreach to onboarding.
• Advise hiring managers on talent strategy and market insights.
• Keep ATS records accurate and report recruitment metrics.
• Attend SF events bi-weekly to strengthen employer branding.
