Job summary

Zekai is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our team. This fully remote, full-time role is based around San Francisco talent engagement and occasional in-person events.

You will source and manage candidates end-to-end while partnering with hiring managers to shape our hiring strategy. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in headhunting and recruitment within startups or tech, strong sourcing skills, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of headhunting and recruitment experience, preferably in startups or tech.
• Strong sourcing, end-to-end recruitment, and talent acquisition skills.
• Excellent organization with ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage top-tier candidates via headhunting, networking, and digital channels.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment pipeline from outreach to onboarding.
• Advise hiring managers on talent strategy and stakeholder management.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and report recruitment metrics.
