micro1 is a data lab aiding AI labs and enterprises in training foundational models and agents. The Associate Recruiter will source and vet domain experts for our data platform, with primary remote work but SF-based presence for local events.

Join a fast-paced startup, build robust pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to drive talent strategy, while attending SF career events every 1–2 weeks in support of employer branding.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of headhunting and recruitment experience.
• Experience in startup or tech-focused organizations.
• Strong organizational skills for remote work.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration.
• Deep familiarity with the San Francisco talent market.

Mansioni

• Source and engage top-tier candidates via headhunting, networking and digital platforms.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment pipeline from outreach to onboarding.
• Advise hiring managers on talent strategy and fit.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and report recruitment metrics.
• Self-manage priorities and deliverables while working remotely.
• Represent the team at SF-based career fairs and events bi-weekly.
• Refine sourcing strategies to meet startup pace and needs.
