HCA Healthcare is seeking an Associate Recruiter to source candidates for clinical and non-clinical staff across affiliated facilities. You will build a qualified candidate pool and assist with relocation data and market information.

This role emphasizes candidate sourcing via telephone, maintaining candidate profiles, and prequalifying candidates for open positions. You will collaborate with recruiters and provide timely updates.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
• Experience using office productivity software tools like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates primarily via telephone for existing candidates and new development to fill open positions.
• Maintain candidate profiles in database and update information as needed.
• Prequalify candidates for open positions by determining position requirements.
• Provide information to candidates on requirements, market, location and availability.
• Submit qualified candidates to recruiters for review and approval.
• Follow up with recruiters on pending candidates and maintain communication.
• Occasionally assist hospital with verifying status of candidates post interview.
• Other duties as assigned.
