Job summary

Consertus, a global capital program management and advisory firm, is seeking an Associate Pursuit Manager in the United States. You will independently manage moderate-complexity pursuits and contribute substantive content to larger competitive responses, expanding pursuit capacity by handling proposals end-to-end while supporting senior staff on strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proposal management or business development experience within AEC industry or professional services.
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to adapt messaging and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned pursuits of moderate complexity from kickoff through submission, developing proposal content and schedules.
• Conduct compliance reviews, maintain Salesforce opportunity records, and ensure resumes and project sheets are current.
• Support interview preparation including coaching sessions, mock interviews, and slide development.
