Job summary

Ampacity is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Supply Chain, to oversee logistics schedules, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination on commercial and utility-scale solar construction projects. This remote role manages multiple projects across regions and communicates with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires 1–2 years in project management (solar preferred), a related Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of project management experience, solar preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field recommended.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to delegate work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects with customer project managers and contractors.
• Work with client construction management to meet milestones and handle interruptions.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction personnel to deliver based on project variables.
• Problem-solve delays, emergencies, or issues impacting timelines.
• Report progress to management, cross-functional teams, and clients.
• Understand site contracts and technical matters.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics on material availability and schedules.
• Maintain records and databases.
• Audit parts lists and pile orders for QA and accuracy.
