Job summary

Ampacity, LLC, part of the Quanta Services family, seeks an Associate Project Manager, Supply Chain, to coordinate logistics for solar construction projects. This remote role focuses on milestones, communication with customers, and managing procurement and schedules from inception to completion.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of PM experience, a related bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and writing skills. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of project management experience, solar preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in PM, Supply Chain, Business, or related field recommended.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to delegate work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects with customer PMs and contractors.
• Ensure project milestones are met and handle interruptions.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction personnel.
• Resolve delays and emergencies affecting timelines.
• Report progress to management, teams, and clients.
• Understand site contracts and technical matters.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics on material availability.
• Maintain records and databases.
• Audit parts lists and orders for QA.
