Job summary

Ampacity, LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Supply Chain for remote work to coordinate multiple solar projects nationwide. You will manage logistics schedules, track completion, and resolve conflicts while interfacing with customers, engineers, and construction teams.

The role requires 1–2 years PM experience (solar preferred), a related bachelor’s degree, strong communication, leadership, and time management skills. Remote work with travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of project management experience, solar preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field recommended.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven leadership and delegation abilities.
• Team-oriented, with excellent time management and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with customer project managers and contractors to coordinate multiple projects.
• Work with client construction management teams to meet milestones and handle interruptions.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction personnel on delivery approaches.
• Problem-solve delays, emergencies, or issues affecting timelines.
• Report progress to Ampacity management, cross-functional teams, and clients.
• Understand site contracts and technical matters.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics on material availability and delivery schedules.
• Maintain records and databases.
• Audit parts lists and pile orders for QA and accuracy.
