Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Assistant Account Executive to support Market Access Marketing. You will coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and assist with client communications to ensure successful campaigns for healthcare clients.

Ideal candidates have a marketing/communications background, internship or 1 year experience in advertising or medical communications, and familiarity with project briefs and SOWs. This role is remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or advertising or equivalent experience.
• Internship and/or 1 year of practical work in advertising, marketing, or medical/health communications agency.
• Experience in traffic, project management, or account management roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budget, and timelines, coordinating with PM to track milestones.
• Direct daily client contact and prepare reports; summarize next steps.
• Facilitate medical-legal-regulatory reviews to ensure compliance; support proposals and budgets.
