Job summary

Chomps in the United States seeks an Associate, Project Manager to support planning, execution, and adoption of strategic digital transformation initiatives, including AI-driven capabilities, new software platforms, and process automation tools.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will coordinate timelines, change management, and training across functions, liaise with IT and vendors, track KPIs, and help drive data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• Experience in project coordination/PM roles (3–5 years).
• Familiarity with change management and training concepts.
• Exposure to AI tools, SaaS platforms, and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-ups for cross-functional teams.
• Maintain project documentation, risk logs, and status reports.
• Support development of change strategies and stakeholder engagement.
