Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Client Delivery, Technical Account Management, or Digital Transformation.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end enterprise technology programs, with governance, budgeting, and risk management.
• Demonstrated success building executive client relationships and driving account growth.
• Experience delivering AI, Cloud, Data & Analytics, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, digital transformation, cloud, data, and modernization programs from discovery through planning, execution, deployment, and value realization.
• Drive account growth through executive relationship management and expansion of engagements into larger multi-year programs.
• Own program planning by developing charters, roadmaps, and governance across multiple initiatives.
• Provide executive reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Partner with engineering, AI, product, cloud, and data teams to translate client objectives into executable delivery plans.
