The Associate Product Manager supports the development, delivery, and optimization of assigned product(s) throughout their lifecycle. This role works closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business goals and customer needs into actionable product initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1 year of experience in product management or related field preferred.
• Healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or digital health industry experience preferred.
• Ability to participate in, adhere to, and support compliance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing products through lifecycle stages including development, launch, and optimization.
• Support creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and support enhancements.
• Maintain and update product documentation and communication materials per brand and regulatory standards.
• Deliver opportunity analyses for assigned products with account management.
• Participate in client implementations and support internal stakeholders.
